RETURNS POLICY

Returns and Exchange Policy 

Please ensure you choose your pair of laces carefully by making sure you choose the correct size and colours, as in most cases we are unable to guarantee stock availability due to the limited nature of product. Any returns/exchange will only be provided in special circumstances and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. For all returns you will be provided with a return form that needs to be completed and placed with your item. The form will highlight all the conditions for the return to be accepted We do not offer any refunds, unless the item is different from the advertised description or faulty

  • The team has to be notified within 7 days of item arrival unless it’s been arranged otherwise
  • The product has to be in the exact same condition as it was when received
  • Postage is to be paid by customer with tracking number
